By commissioning me you are agreeing to terms of service.

How to place a commission:

Commissions can be placed by contacting me via my social medias (Twitter: @Lalithetroll, Tumblr: DerangedLali , Reddit: DerangedLali, ) or via the form on my website at DerangedLali.com (The form page is currently under maintenance)

Once you get in contact, we can discuss the specifics of the commission.

Payment:

Payment is taken through Paypal only.

50% is paid upfront and is non-refundable. The final 50% once the sculpture is completed.

Shipping is paid once the sculpture is completed and ready to ship.

Pricing is dependant on the size and complexity of the sculpture along with any additional requests (Attachable parts, magnets, lights (where applicable), resin and so on)

The commission process:

Once you have decided on what you want made and the 50% deposit is given, I will begin sculpting your commission. During the entire process I will send update images so you can keep track of its progress and advise on any changes. Please note, small changes and adjustments don’t cost extra but major changes, especially those that undo work, may incur extra charges. After the sculpting is done, I will bake it. After which changes to it CANNOT be made. The final 50% is then paid after the sculpture is fully completed.

When the sculpture is finished, shipping will be calculated. Please note shipping prices can vary and can only be calculated after the sculpture is completed. I can give a rough estimate before hand but this can be subject to change.

After the package is sent you will receive a tracking number for it.

Refunds:

No refunds for cancelled commissions. If the completed sculpture is SEVERELY damaged during transit you can request a refund. Minor damages will not be covered. I will need images of the damage and the packaging. Once I have contacted and received my refund for the value of the item from the postal office, I will send you your refund.

What I will not make:

Extreme NSFW (Mild can be discussed)

Extreme Gore (This is dependant on the subject matter. Please enquire with details)

Political Art

Hate art

IRL people

Offensive Material

I reserve the right to decline any commission request whether it falls under the previous categories or not. I may also decline If I feel I cannot make the sculpture to a satisfactory quality.
